Quick help for your complaint
If your ordered goods were delivered incorrectly by us or a part was delivered incorrectly to you, please use our quick help form to submit your concerns to us in due time.
1. please photograph the damaged parts
Please take photos of the damaged parts from multiple perspectives and save them in a transferable format.
2. tell us the model number and part number
Please let us know the model and part number, which you will find on the assembly instructions. You can also simply make a cross on the assembly instructions and send them to us as a picture.
Tip: If you do not have the assembly instructions at hand, many assembly instructions can already be found on our website under the item description in the "Assembly instructions" tab.
3. fill out our form
Go to your customer data and click on the Complaint field or fill out our complaint form on this page.
Describe your request briefly and attach the photos.
After you have sent this form, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
4. processing the complaint
Our customer department will process your complaint as quickly as possible and, if necessary, forward it to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will check your request and, if necessary, send you a replacement delivery directly.
The duration of the complaint processing can take several days.
